The duties of this position are performed throughout the entire floor space. Duties are performed in both an office setting and in manufacturing areas where compliance with applicable safety rules is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to work near moving mechanical parts and exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is moderate. During periods of travel, duties could be performed in conference centers, restaurants, places of public accommodation, modes of travel, etc.

This position has no direct reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Be a customer service liaison between our facility and core injection facility.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Locate dies and stage in the die heater station areaStrive to complete change over within cell takt time.Follow AI/PC instructions for die change over.Notify team leader of any die problems that may affect scheduleRun parts on press with the support of process engineerTrouble shoot press issues (thermocouples, elements etc.)Safely operate “V” stacker and die cartsConduct Problem Solving as neededSupport TPM scheduling and activitiesAccurately report out data for the measurement of OEEEnsure die change tool charts are stocked and ready for usePerform other work-related duties as necessaryMaintain high attendance record and work overtime as neededPerform job duties in a safe and efficient mannerPerform other work-related duties as necessary
