Our client, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Production Associate - Press Helper to join their team. As a Press Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate - Press Helper

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift: Must be willing to work on all 3 shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as required

What's the Job?

Learn and adhere to safety procedures such as Lock Out Tag Out, emergency response, and proper chemical handling. Manage the ink used to run orders efficiently. Assist in putting rolls on the unwinder and removing them from the rewinder after printing. Perform assigned tasks during change-over to the next order. Maintain general housekeeping duties and perform other tasks as assigned.

What's Needed?

Basic computer skills. Flexibility to work day, swing, and graveyard shifts. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as required. Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment.
