As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for the daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC-controlled press brakes, producing parts and tools from metal, plastic, or other materials._ **_Responsibilities:_** + _Operate press brake machine with guidance from a Lead Operator or Supervisor._ + _Run bending and forming operations using standard and custom punches._ + _Adjust ram and back gauge locations according to process control instructions and blueprints._ + _Check height, depth, and thickness using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, and gauges._ + _Produce parts for assembly operations and ensure they meet customer specifications and delivery requirements._ **_Essential Skills:_** + _Minimum of 1 year production experience operating a machine such as a brake press, CNC, plasma cutter, or similar equipment._ + _Ability to read blueprints and process control instructions._ + _Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments._ + _Leadership qualities and ability to work independently._ **_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_** + _Experience with hydraulic CNC-controlled press brakes is preferred._ + _Familiarity with fabrication and laser cutting processes is a plus._ **_Why Work Here?_** _Be part of a supportive and innovative team that values precision and quality.
