Press Brake Operator
**Job Description** Join our team as a Press Brake Operator, where you will be involved in the fabrication of commercial food industry products such as cabinets, counters, and food guards. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in brake press operation or setup. You will analyze plans, drawings, and work orders to determine the work requirements and sequence of sheet metal assignments, as well as interpret shop drawings, sketches, layouts, and blueprints. Welding experience is a plus but not required, and you will independently produce complex sheet metal assemblies. **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up brake press machines to fabricate sheet metal products. + Interpret and analyze plans, drawings, layouts, and work orders. + Produce complex sheet metal assemblies independently. + Utilize skills in blueprint reading and sheet metal fabrication. **Essential Skills** + Experience with brake press machines and setup. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. + Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a growing company with plans to expand over the next few years. Enjoy the new facility and a supportive work environment with a Monday to Thursday schedule from 6am-4pm and Friday from 6am-12pm. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
