**Job Title: Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Press Brake Operator on the 1st shift, working from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. You will be responsible for setting up and operating a Trumpf press brake machine to bend, shape, and form sheet metal and other materials according to specifications. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of mechanical drawings and safety protocols.
**Responsibilities**
+ Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine setup and material requirements.
+ Set up and operate the machine to bend materials, performing 10-50 setups per day.
+ Align and position materials accurately using precision measuring tools.
+ Make machine adjustments as necessary.
+ Conduct routine maintenance of the machine.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with press brake operation and machine setup.
+ Proficiency in fabrication and interpreting blueprints.
+ Skill in using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Strong troubleshooting abilities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanically inclined with a logical and efficient approach to tasks.
+ Must have experience with blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
