**PRESS ASSISTANT $19/HR TO $20/HR START ASAP!!!** **Job Description** Join our team as a Press Operator Assistant, collaborating closely with a Machine Operator to ensure efficient operations. This role involves working on large Slitter Machines, handling loading and unloading rolls of material, and assisting in various machine operations. **Responsibilities** + Work alongside Machine Operator on large Slitter Machines. + Load and unload rolls of material on and off machines. + Utilize forklift for material handling. + Check Machine Operator's measurements and specifications, signing off on required documentation. + Assist in machine changeovers. + Maintain a clean work area and manage packaging tasks. + Participate in warehouse duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + Forklift experience is essential. + 6+ months of machine operating or manufacturing experience. + Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day. + Proficiency in using measurement tools, reading, and writing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with hand tools and tape measures. + Familiarity with printing press operations is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive workplace with a strong commitment to employee well-being and growth.
