Perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of prescription management under the direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed physician, dentist or other licensed health care provider legally authorized under this title and in accordance with the commissioner’s regulations. 2. Participate in quality improvement, in-service workshops, continuing education and peer review as is requested by management and supervision. 3. Comply with all OSHA regulations, CLIA, NYSDOH, Quality & NOCHSI policies and procedures. 4.
