Job Description What Makes You Our Program Pro: + Required: EEC Lead Teacher Certification in Infant, Toddler and Preschool Programs + Meets state Preschool Lead Teacher requirements. + Preferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field. + Minimum 2 years’ experience in an infant, toddler and preschool classroom. + At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others. + High school diploma or equivalent. + At least 18 years old.
