What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Delivery Services (GDS) team as a Presales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will support our presales operations by helping manage deal intake, keeping the pipeline on track, and ensuring solution artefacts and sales collateral are accurate and up to date.
You’ll work closely with Solution Architects and other stakeholders, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and helping streamline processes that enable our presales team to focus on delivering value to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a foundation in operations, sales support, or project coordination and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Core Responsibilities
Support deal intake and triage, helping classify opportunities and escalating blockers when needed.
Maintain the GDS Deal Tracker and SA Planner, ensuring accurate data on pipeline status, owners, and progress.
Assist with resource coordination, providing visibility on team capacity and flagging potential conflicts.
Help manage and organize solution artefacts and sales collateral, making sure materials are easy to access and always up to date.
Contribute to sales process adoption by documenting workflows and engagement patterns.
Monitor the GDS Presales Mailbox and ensure requests are tracked and directed appropriately.
Provide light-touch solutioning support: assemble assumptions, consolidate inputs, and draft initial outlines based on past deals or templates.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Experience in sales operations, presales support, business operations, or project coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Clear and effective communication skills, comfortable working with different stakeholders.
A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Good proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of sales or pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Loopio) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Background in IT services, consulting, or a similar environment is desirable.
Eagerness to learn and grow into a more senior presales operations or enablement role over time.
