This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Joining HPE as a graduate is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and contribute to our global success. As part of the Presales team, you'll work with technically skilled professionals who support sales by showcasing cutting-edge technology to customers. In this role, you'll help drive deals from qualification to close, gaining valuable sales expertise, strong client relationships, and international experience. What you’ll do :  

During the HPE Graduate Program, you will :

Gather information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of customer technology infrastructure and their needsContribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirementsAdapt solution design to new requirementsMaintain good communications with our partnersAdvance opportunities effectivelyActively support the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications

What you’ll need:  

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last 12 months from the start date in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.Up to 12 months of experience.Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology.Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions.
