Inspired by the soul of Detroit, 313 Presents promotes and produces concerts, theatrical productions, sporting events and family shows at six world-class venues across southeast Michigan including Little Caesars Arena, the historic Fox Theatre featuring Proud Partner Comerica Bank, Comerica Park, Pine Knob Music Theatre presented by Proud Partners United Wholesale Mortgage, Trinity Health and Ally, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre presented by Proud Partner Oakland University Credit Union, and Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre. Position Summary

A Premium Sales & Sponsorship Internship with 313 Presents offers a dynamic, hands-on learning experience in the entertainment industry. Interns will work behind the scenes at top-ranked, award-winning live entertainment venues, gaining valuable insight into premium sales, sponsorship activation, and client relationship management. Throughout the summer season, interns will collaborate across departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of managing exclusive membership and sponsorship programs. This internship is an exciting opportunity to build professional skills, network within the industry, and contribute to unforgettable live events.

What You’ll DoAssist in the coordination of season member and sponsor-related events and programsAsset fulfillment for sponsorship contracts and assetsAssist in producing end-of-season sponsorship recaps and other organizational administrative dutiesManage ticket orders for Premium and Sponsorship requestsExperience in other departments, including event production and marketingWork concerts and events alongside Premium Sales and Sponsorship Activation Team members to learn the full day-to-day of managing premium spaces and sponsorship activation on show daysSeek out social media content in premium spaces and sponsorship promotions for marketing and promotional use 

What We’re Looking ForSelf-starters, go-getters and motivated individuals who are eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentGreat customer service skills on a professional levelGood emotional intelligence and evaluating situations objectively, finding solutions and executing themFlexibility within dynamic environments and multiple departmental needsProfessional, personable, tech-savvy, reliable, and quick learner who has creative ideas and solutionsOpen Availability - hours will vary each week based on the concert and event scheduleMust be able to commit to the full summer concert season (mid-May through end of August or September)Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Bonus if any experience with Salesforce, KORE, Tableau or WrikeMust be highly organized, able to exercise professionalism and good judgmentApplicants must be enrolled in college courses or recent graduates to be considered

Work Environment & ExpectationsMust be willing to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidaysApplicants must have a reliable personal vehicle to get to all 313 Presents venuesJob may require spending an extended period outdoors in various conditions, lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs. and multiple hours on your feetMust be flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities on a show-by-show basis
