Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Club Attendants to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to fans and guests within the stadium's premium clubs.
You will assist with food and beverage services, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and addressing guests needs in a professional and timely manner.

What will you do?
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
Provide attentive service to all guests within the premium club and suite areas.
Assist with setup, stocking, and breakdown of food and beverage stations.
Ensure tables, seating areas, and bar spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor guest needs and proactively provide assistance to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with catering, operations, and guest services teams to deliver seamless service.
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests quickly and effectively.
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Represent the organization in a professional manner, maintaining the highest level of customer service.
More about you
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and walking throughout premium spaces.
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
