We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Acquire, develop and retain new Non-Resident Premier Clients via outreach activities referral sources as well as conduct in depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs of customers and deliver a consistent and tailored wealth management and financial planning service to a portfolio of HSBC clientsAdvise on a full range of products and services that include both HSBC manufactured products and those provided by external partnersContinuously monitor and gather information to assess potential impacts and identify possible risks and opportunities for the businessDeliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencingAdhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raise any concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in line with reporting and escalation proceduresMaintain the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC and adhere to the Business Principles and Values of HSBC

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related disciplineExperience working in relevant environment with a track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer serviceKnowledge of financial planning and wealth products; and clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environmentHolder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirementsProficient in both English and ChineseMandarin, Cantonese and English-speaking skills are advantageous
