About the Role

Drive and motivate agency to achieve business target through implementation/ execution of marketing/ incentive initiatives and provide support to intermediate and agency force. Also, to support PAD projects, events & initiatives

Responsibilities:

Assist Session Head to formula business plan to engage & uplift agency force’s competencies and to drive their activity and productivityImplement and promote PAD strategy, initiatives & events through collaboration with various departments, especially BTDD & ABDD Zone, as well as agency force to achieve business targetSupport agency/ company events from planning to executionPrepare and conduct presentation to communicate company / PAD information to agency forceMonitor and review the agency production progress and follow-up with intermediateProduce regular reports on agency contest and performance for agency and management reviewProvide professional service and support to agency, and liaise with internal departments to resolve complicated issuesHandle agency enquiries and provide accurate and timely responsePerform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements

Requirements:

Degree or above, preferably in Business / Finance / EconomicsMinimum 1 - 3 years of experience in business analysisPreferable to have experience in insurance/ banking/ other wealth management industrySelf-motivated, independent, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and good teamwork skillsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantageConversant in MS Word applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
