What You'll Do

Similarly to our Summer Internship, the Pre MBA Discovery Program with BCG will provide you a true feel for life as a BCG consultant. We will work with you to identify a case experience that aligns with your interests and your personal and professional goals. You will be an integral member of the case team, experiencing first-hand 
BCG's heritage of custom thinking, open collaboration, and passion to drive change that helps our clients outperform. Teaming with a diverse set of talented, intellectually curious colleagues, you will build friendships, gain new perspectives, and grow as a leader.

Our interns find both challenge and reward as we team with our clients to build competitive advantage, drive results, and shape the future. You will have the opportunity to challenge and stretch yourself, and in doing so, you will experience what makes the BCG culture unique.
