Qualifications\u00A0
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.\u00A010+ years of progressive leadership experience in energy services, preconstruction, project development, or a related field.\u00A0Proven success leading teams and delivering strategic business results.\u00A0Strong understanding of market drivers, risk, development strategy, and customer solutioning.\u00A0Experience managing performance metrics such as project schedules, budgets, and scope.\u00A0Deep knowledge of Energy Services solutions, preconstruction practices, and financial and technical solution development.\u00A0Significant experience with Design-Build and ESPC delivery models.\u00A0Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting, portfolio prioritization, business case evaluation, and Operating Income management.\u00A0Demonstrated success building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.\u00A0Executive presence, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.\u00A0Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
