Summary: Seeking a Precision Grinder with experience in CNC controls, blueprint interpretation, and tight tolerance machining for aerospace and medical gear manufacturing.

Requirements:

Able to work 10-hour shifts  Experience with tight tolerances at thousandths, GD&T, and blueprints Hands-on setup experience with the ability to explain processes Experience working with CNC controls and various metals Proficient in cylindrical, ID/OD surface grinding

Responsibilities:

Utilize blueprints, work orders, specs, and drawings for precision grinding Setup, operate, and perform quality control on IDE precision grinding machines Ensure correct tapering, size finding, and form radius maintenance Maintain specifications by observing measurements and troubleshooting processes Document actions by completing production and quality logs

Pay Details: $24.00 to $34.00 per hour
