middot The Advanced Practice Provider APP provides Pre Admission testing for surgical patients at Hartford Hospital and satellite locations in the Hartford Regionmiddot Responsible for coordinating preoperative care including history and physicals HPrsquos and all required patient testing prior to proceduresmiddot Consults with collaborating providers and specialists when necessary in an effort to achieve the best possible patient outcomemiddot Performs completes accurate preoperative physical exams in accordance with established licensure and certificationmiddot Selectively orders and
