Principal Accountabilities

Pulling in pallets, feeding the line, packing, tape machine and stack offBe able to stack and scan boxesBe able to perform basic mathPerform ongoing assigned lead activities including activities such as, providing support to the team, provide new hire training, etcSetup multiple non-similar machines that require moderate to complex setup and assist othersFeed materials into machine, operate and monitor machine operations, according to production schedules and make complex adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are metUse hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, trouble shoot complex machine issues, support other Operators in troubleshooting and providing guidanceTrack production and quality records both manually and electronicallyOperate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jackUnderstand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lockout-tag outsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderMust be willing to work overtime as needed including weekends as neededAble to lift product and boxes weighing up to 60 lbs to heights of 80 inches throughout each dayStanding for majority of the shift
