**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As a Pre/Post Surgery RN, you will integrate the nursing process and standards into daily practice, applying growth and development knowledge to interventions and providing care tailored to each patient's changing needs. Daily, you will deliver efficient, safe patient care during the critical period following anesthesia and invasive procedures. This involves using the nursing process, delegating to and evaluating subordinate staff, and coordinating support services.
