We are a well-established, St. Louis-based law firm that continues to grow and evolve. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is ready to jump into an existing caseload to move cases forward efficiently.

About the Role
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you'll manage claims from inception through resolution. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers-helping ensure every case is handled with excellence and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical professionals.

Investigate case facts to assess causation, damages, and extent of injuries.

Proactively review and manage files to drive progress toward resolution.

Act as the main point of contact for adjusters, medical providers, and subrogation analysts.

Review medical records, prepare chronologies, expense itemizations, and demand packages.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience.

Strong knowledge of pre-litigation processes and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage limits, provisions, and exclusions.

Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance subrogation regulations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and legal software.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under strict deadlines.
