The 4K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.  We’re looking for passionate educators who are committed to lifelong learning and ready to bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to our 4K classroom.

As a Lead Teacher, You Will:

Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with school district guidelines and Wisconsin Model Early Learning StandardsCreate joyful and effective learning experiences that prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergartenProvide a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom where every child can thrive and feel a sense of belongingBuild strong relationships with families, communicating regularly to support each child’s developmentEnsure adherence to all licensing and program requirements, including documentation, assessments, and ongoing quality improvement

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary EducationDPI certification (ECE license or Elementary Ed license with pre-K or K endorsement)Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plansFamiliarity with WI licensing and classroom best practices
