PRE-COMMISSIONING / COMMISSIONING COORDINATOR

Airswift is seeking for Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning Coordinator to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Job Responsibilities:
The coordinator should have the competency in ICAPS. Construction, Pre-com and Commissioning multi-disciplines. Be able to in-charge: To define with the contractor the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures. To follow the good completion of RFC, AOC, and TOM dossiers. Follow, assess and monitor ICAPS database and progress To correctly follow the management of Punch list system by given to Contractor priorities according to the commissioning sequences. To adhere to and effectively communicate project HSE WORKSITE instructions and policies. To provide reports to management as required and requested. To ensure that PTW system is done as PTW commissioning procedure requirements To ensure a progress efficiency to keep on schedule To comply with NOC standards, rules and regulations To replace the CSH during his absence To be able to lead a commissioning team during offshore campaign. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering. 10-15 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry with minimum 8-10 years' experience in management commissioning role. Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution. Team spirit and good communication skills Experienced with Total General Specifications, OPERCOM, and ICAPS, PRODOM and relevant codes and standards Fluent English Computer literacy Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings
