Role Overview Pre-Commissioning Activities: Oversee and execute pre-commissioning tasks to ensure systems are ready for commissioning. Commissioning Management: Lead commissioning processes to verify that systems meet operational requirements. Tender Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals for upcoming projects. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all commissioning activities and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate smooth operations. Onsite Work: Conduct onsite assessments and inspections to ensure project milestones are met. Drafting of PTI and review of SOW Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting. Pre-Commissioning Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pre-commissioning processes and methodologies. Tender Management: Experience in preparing and managing tender documents. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in all engineering tasks. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration. Mandatory MASE (Manuel d'Amélioration Sécurité des Entreprises) certification or equivalent. Documentary database (GAIA) and site monitoring (EASYPLANT, ICAPS, KAIRNIAL).      Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning (start-up) roles within the energy sector. Experience from tender phases to execution. About Airswift
