What will I be doing?

Organizes and oversees all arrivals/pre-assigned groups/leisure guests to ensure total guest satisfaction.Ensures that all guests are confirmed and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily.Answers and dispatches telephone calls, maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls.Prioritize daily room assignments for all incoming guests. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs whilst proactively managing hotel inventory.Monitors hotel's test messaging platform and directly assist with guest's enquiries and requests.Fields guest complaints, listens and extends assistance in order to resolve problems.Special projects as assigned.
