Responsibilities
Assesses patient/family health problems and resources, takes a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. Provides technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing service to one or more age populations in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
One year recent acute care experience and completion of a Perioperative 101 (Or equivalent) course of study or one year of peri-operative experienceGraduate of an RN School of Nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Current California RN License RN:CA
