As a Practice Solution Manager supporting our Vision Care team and high-potential optical retail accounts, you will be trusted to work on enhancing customer engagement and driving contact lens adoption across Sweden.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with Business Development Managers, Eye Care Professionals, and store teams to solve challenges around patient retention, consumer experience, and practice efficiency
Delivering tailored consultancy and training to ECPs to improve the contact lens journey and accelerate Alcon’s market share growth
Promoting Alcon’s digital platforms to increase consumer subscriptions and drive new prescriptions
Planning and executing in-practice fitting events and visual merchandising initiatives to elevate brand visibility
Coordinating educational programs in partnership with the Professional Education team to strengthen clinical and commercial capabilities
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:Education in business administration or equivalent, with strong optical training or experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in optical retail, preferably with leading market players
Proven ability in customer engagement, business development, and digital solution implementation
Strong interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally
Fluent in Swedish and English
