The Global Markets team represents the group of all client and market facing roles at Infosys. This includes our Sales team, Client services team, Practice Sales team, Alliances team and Marketing team. The members of Infosys Global Markets team are the first interface for clients, prospects, alliance partners and influencers.
Role Description:
This role is overall responsible for all Data & Analytics clients for his/her portfolio of accounts – both IT and Business. Additionally, He / She will work closely with segment and account leadership to build account plans and is responsible for delivering on the plans.
Location – Sydney/Melbourne
Responsibilities:
The job holder has the following key responsibilities within the assigned account scope:The PEM is responsible for all Data & Analytics clients for his/her portfolio of accounts – both IT and BusinessThe PEM works with segment and account leadership to build account plans and is responsible for delivering on the plansUsually, the PEM handles multiple accounts with P&L of $60MM+Client relationship management and business development for both Chief Data office or Chief Digital officer’s organization, manage client relationships, grow the portfolio by 25-30% Y0Y, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-CloseGo-to market – build a strong go to market with contextualized offerings relevant for clients, partnerships in order to address client needs comprehensively and in a differentiated manner, planning and executing campaigns for pipeline creation.Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the clientAccount planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institutionSignificant business development and sales experience on Data/Analytics/AIExperience with Data on Cloud SalesTrack record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contactsHands-on experience with Data/analytics proposal creation and leading Data/Analytics presentations and workshops for dealsExperience in building business cases and utilizing those for business value articulation and negotiations.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
