Job Title: Practice Manager

Job Description

The Practice Manager is a pivotal role that ensures the seamless operation of our healthcare practice, enhancing both employee and patient experiences. This role is responsible for hiring and supporting a high-quality team, ensuring staff deliver outstanding care, and meeting all regulatory requirements. The aim is to provide employees with career-defining experiences and patients with the best healthcare encounters of their lives.

Responsibilities

Hire and oversee PN, MA/FD Leads, and Practice Assistants as applicable.Coach and develop PN, MA/FD Leads, and Practice Assistants.Oversee the facilitation of training and adherence to protocols and policies.Ensure engagement and development opportunities to minimize turnover.Develop, implement, and coordinate training and education programs.Conduct regular observations and audits, and participate in yearly performance reviews.Provide regular updates to team members, including recognition and company changes.Collaborate with APP, Medical Director, and Laboratory Director on day-to-day operations.Oversee provider scheduling and optimize patient schedules.Ensure SLAs for response time and abandonment rate are met.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure SLAs are achieved.Maintain high standards of patient and customer service.Resolve patient concerns and escalations promptly.Coordinate vendor and business associate contracts.Oversee protocols for POS and cash collections for patient billing.Manage site-level P&L and budget in collaboration with the finance manager.Ensure all inventory needs of the office are met.Maintain cleanliness and a professional appearance of the office daily.

Essential Skills

Business management and operations management expertise.Experience in operations and finance, preferably within a health clinic setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Bachelor’s degree required.Preferred healthcare experience, specifically in fertility.Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.High-level executive functioning skills.Computer proficiency, particularly in team management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in fertility healthcare is an asset.Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations and enhancing patient experience.

Work Environment

This role requires standing, walking, and the use of hands for extended periods. Occasional travel between locations or for training may be required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mountain View, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
