As a Practice Manager, you will provide administrative oversight and operational support for psychiatry clinics within a defined region. This role ensures optimal provider productivity, streamlined clinic workflows, and an excellent patient experience. You will collaborate across departments, oversee student training programs, manage clinical operations, and play a critical role in the integration and support of new medical providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain ongoing communication with academic institutions to coordinate medical and APRN student training programs
Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and training of new medical providers
Oversee clerkship and training operations for students and coordinate with university clinical education departments
Prepare and distribute provider-specific reports as requested by department leaders
Support clinical staff by identifying training needs and providing leadership and guidance
Monitor and manage clinical operations of TMS services, including scheduling and training coordination
Work with Practice Management leadership to establish and maintain clinical pathways for psychiatry and addiction medicine
Serve as a liaison between Brightli and community partners for Consultation and Liaison services
Coordinate EHR and virtual platform training for medical providers in partnership with external agencies
Prepare and submit monthly invoices for Brightli Medical Groups to the finance department
Support providers with clinical presentation materials and information gathering
Participate in management activities, including data collection, program evaluation, grant development, and contract oversight
Attend all required internal meetings and function within Operational Guidelines and ethical standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Prior experience in a medical clinic setting required
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, training coordination, and compliance standards
Ability to analyze and interpret reports, manage data, and oversee billing and financial tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) platforms
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders
Comfortable handling sensitive information and navigating fast-paced environments
Supervisory Requirements:
Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation by all team members
Provide leadership and oversight to department operations
Monitor development and execution of strategic objectives
Effectively communicate organizational changes and departmental updates
Address employee concerns using discretion and guidance from HR
Champion innovation and guide implementation of new ideas
