Job Overview:
The Practice Management Analyst is a critical role in supporting functions of scheduling and registration. This position supports providers and families in scheduling and registration functions.

Required:
Associates DegreeProficiency with internet-based technologies including Microsoft office, data entry, and navigation of multiple applicationsPreferred:
Bachelor s degreeExperience with electronic medical recordsEssential Functions:
Build, manage and optimize outpatient clinician templates according to leadership's specifications Run regular audits and reports to ensure outpatient Patient Access Services (PAS) department compliance with scheduling guidelines Manage assigned process improvement projects within outpatient scheduling and registration in an effort to streamline processesDevelop and implement standardized education for outpatient scheduling and registrationReport and analyze operational statistics as neededManage centralized call out line to alert local team members and families of last-minute provider call outs Serves as a liaison between outpatient Patient Access Services, Insurance Verification, Credentialing, Strategic Improvement and call center vendorSupports customer service and promotes a positive patient experience by addressing the immediate scheduling concerns of patients and familiesUtilizes HRO principles, inclusive of AIDET, Five Tones, and validate and verify to provide excellence in customer service and the patient experience.Able to think creatively and proactively while maintaining adherence to guidelines, policy and procedures.Actively participates in meetings and huddles with offsite vendor and the onsite local teamsWorks effectively with others, manages time efficiently and proactively problem solvesOther duties as assignedOther Duties:
