**Job Summary**
The Practice Leader - Cybersecurity is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of a technology practice, overseeing its people, partners, and performance. This role ensures alignment between emerging technologies, partner ecosystems, and customer needs, while driving innovation, service development, and go-to-market strategy. The Practice Leader collaborates with sales, pre-sales, and other practice leads to ensure cohesion, operational excellence, and commercial success. As a senior leader, they mentor the practice team, manage KPIs, and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.

**Role Description**
+ Lead and achieve the growth targets for the practice technology area, focusing on pipeline development, gross margin and partner engagement
+ Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the senior leadership
+ Align strategies with local and global stakeholders to maximise SHI's market impact
+ Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the practice, aligned with business goals and market trends.
+ Assess and adopt emerging technologies and partner solutions to enhance the practice offering.
+ Maintain regular cadence with other Practice Leaders to ensure cross-practice cohesion and knowledge sharing.
+ Collaborate with Sales Leadership to understand customer needs, pipeline status, and strategic opportunities.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners, ensuring alignment with partner programs and certifications.
+ Define and track KPIs for the practice team, including pipeline growth, partner performance, and enablement metrics.
+ Lead the development of internal and external go-to-market materials, including discovery frameworks and sales enablement content.
+ Oversee the development and packaging of service offerings, leveraging internal and third-party capabilities.
+ Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, partner forums, and customer engagements.
+ Ensure CRM and reporting systems reflect accurate practice performance and partner status.
+ Support the professional development of the practice team through coaching, certifications, and career planning.
