and clinically appropriate access to Medical Group and other ambulatory servicesThe Practice Integration Specialist will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand practice operations and preparing process and access improvement opportunities The role will primarily focus on identifying trends monitoring performance and partnering with the integrated specialties on maintenance and enhancement activities This position requires creativity imagination as well as critical thinking and a Licensure Certification RegistrationEpic Reporting ExperienceProven experience in ambulatory practice operations including patient scheduling registration patient flow follow up coordination and referral managementOutstanding communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiencesConfident public speaker comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizesAbility to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities with agility and focusStrong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasksExcellent organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt and shift between tasks as neededAdvanced problem solving and critical thinking abilities with a track record of making sound decisions
