Essential Functions:

The Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, will be responsible for the clinical day to day operations of the center-patient satisfaction, scheduling, budgets, etc Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with clinicians with medications, and care plans Provides assistance and guidance, and serves as an expert resource to Certified Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses Conducts phone triaging  Oversees medication management  Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served Oversees practice clinical projects and initiatives  Assists in cost management, including product evaluation, prevention of waste/damage, room utilization, control of overtime, floor coverage due to low staffing and appropriate staffing Coordination of stock management including medications, clinical supplies, and others Other related duties as assigned
