Practice Area Senior Coordinator - Corporate Finance & Strategy

What You'll Do

• For Vantage and VSC team: Support by ensuring smooth processes and operations across global hubs, including but not limited to: organization of team calls (scheduling, agenda setting, speaker coordination), publication and communication support, financial and performance analysis, maintaining tracking and reporting dashboards, sharepoint and folder management, coordination of team meetings (virtual/ in-person) and events. On time to time basis, individual will also take a lead in preparing documents on team performance for leadership updates. Provide any on demand support to special projects like People Workstream, Marketing, GenAI etc.·
• For CFS Tools Portfolio: Proactively assist Vantage Business Senior Director in coordination of tool portfolio, including but not limited to: maintaining overview of current tool investments, liaising with teams to ensure smooth organization and utilization, maintaining general inbox and independently answering high-level queries, tracking and reporting tool spend, utilization, and recoveries.·
• For the CFS Management and Operations Team: Be an active participant in the global team, contributing to priority initiatives, teaming effectively to ensure PAL, RPAL and GPMD priorities are executed in a timely manner, maintaining practice collateral (facebooks, credentials, etc…) and playing a key role in coordination of global and regional events.·
• For the AP Regional Manager: Provide support through coordination of virtual calls/ events (scheduling, agenda setting, speaker coordination), leading the CFS AP people program including affiliation, L&D, and execution of strategic plan, playing a key role in coordination of regional events, acting as a liaison connecting the dots for topic leads and system nodes across the region, financial analysis, KPI tracking, and all internal communications.·

What You'll Bring

• 4-6+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• The ability to handle defined PA processes or smaller projects with minimal guidance (sourcing, learning programs, etc.)
• The ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members
• Exceptional organizational, planning and project management skills; strong at conceptualization, follow-through, ownership and accountability
• Solid analytical skills (e.g. for business reporting tasks) and a structured way of thinking
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude
• Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel



Who You'll Work With

You will coordinate closely with Regional PA Leaders, the Global Practice Management Director, sector/topic Managers as well as the Business Services team, alongside other Practice Area Coordinators both within the practice and across others.
