activities for advanced reactor projects. This role plays a critical part in risk?informed design, regulatory compliance,
and defense?in?depth evaluations for nuclear facilities. The position provides technical expertise in probabilistic risk
assessment, accident analysis, and regulatory decision?making to ensure safe, compliant, and optimized nuclear
plant designs

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and review Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA/PRA) models to support nuclear plant design, licensing, and operational decision?making. Perform initiating event analysis, event sequence analysis, consequence analysis, and quantitative uncertainty and sensitivity analyses in accordance with industry standards. Apply and interpret ASME/ANS PRA standards (RA?S?1.4) and applicable NRC, NEI, and EPRI guidance. Support site licensing and construction permit activities, including design reviews for advanced reactor technologies and design/build contracts. Provide Owner’s Engineer oversight, participating in design reviews, construction support, and independent technical assessments. Evaluate results from PSA codes and accident analysis tools, ensuring correct application to design and risk?informed decisions.
