JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
In support of and at the direction of the Director of Public Relations, the PR Project Manager will oversee workflow across the public relations team, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. This role is responsible for managing the project management platform, streamlining processes, and coordinating tasks among team members. The PR Project Manager will monitor and enforce deadlines, track progress, and maintain clear communication to support successful execution of projects in support of the Tribe’s goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Manage and optimize the team’s project management workflow system. Create and maintain project timelines, task assignments and deliverables. Develop, implement and monitor project plans, timelines and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations and that projects stay on schedule. Facilitate communication between team members to maintain alignment on project goals and deadlines. Track project status and provide regular updates to department leadership on deadlines, project milestones and outcomes. Identify and resolve workflow challenges to enhance efficiencies. Must comply with all applicable standard operating procedures and Tribal Regulations.
