**Do you want to become part of a dynamic team and work in a prestigious environment?** Hilton Prague is looking for a talented and creative **PR & Marketing Coordinator\!** ### **What do we offer?** + Stable employment within the international Hilton chain + Work in the center of Prague, right at Florenc metro station \(B, C\) + Free meals at the hotel + Employee rates for Hilton hotel stays worldwide through the HiltonGo program + Multisport card at a discounted employee rate + EdenRed benefit card for leisure activities \(1,000 CZK/month\) + Opportunities for career growth within the hotel and across departments + Contributions towards language courses ### **What will your responsibilities be?** #### **1\) PR and Media Communication** + Creating and distributing simple press releases + Communicating with media partners and journalists + Actively negotiating, organizing, and overseeing the execution of partnership and sponsorship agreements + Coordinating and supervising press trips organized by third parties + Managing collaborations with influencers and hotel visits #### **2\) Marketing and Campaign Execution** + Supporting the Food & Drinks department, which includes five restaurants and bars, with various marketing initiatives – from small projects to large campaigns + Ensuring marketing support in areas such as: - Development and distribution of printed materials - Website updates and content adjustments - Coordination of online marketing campaigns - Promotion of events through partner websites and platforms - Planning and coordinating photoshoots and video production for marketing campaigns and promotions + Assisting in the communication, promotion, and organization of key corporate events by providing marketing support, developing creative ideas, managing deadlines, and overseeing PR activities #### **3\) Social Media** + Supporting event promotion + Occasionally creating content + Assisting in campaign management + Engaging in community management, including occasional guest interactions and responses ### **Who are we looking for?** A creative team player with at least **three years of experience** in **marketing or PR** , fluent **Czech** \(native level\), and excellent **English** skills\.
