Overview Publicis Sapient is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Manager, Speakers Bureau, Awards & PR to join our Global PR team. This role is central to elevating the visibility and thought leadership of our executive team through high-profile global speaking engagements and industry recognition programs. Based in the US and reporting to the Head of International Communications, you will work closely with global PR, marketing and business leaders to build and maintain a strategic pipeline of high-impact external opportunities. Key Responsibilities Speaker Bureau Management Identify and research a wide range of global speaking opportunities aligned to our business priorities, executives' areas of expertise, and regional relevance. Develop and maintain a detailed, forward-looking tracker of events, including industry conferences, media forums, summits, and partner platforms. Support speaker submission processes, including drafting abstracts and bios, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with executives and their teams. Maintain a database of speaker materials (e.g. headshots, bios, prior sessions, key messaging) to streamline submissions. Working closely with business teams on identifying potential media opportunities at industry-driven events. Awards Program Management Own and manage the global awards calendar and tracker across all business lines, sectors, and regions. Identify relevant awards and recognition opportunities for the company, our executives, and our work (marketing, digital, leadership, innovation). Coordinate the submission process from end to end - including gathering content, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery. Collaborate with the global PR and marketing teams to measure impact, share results, and identify opportunities to amplify wins externally. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with global marketing teams, industry teams, brand, consulting, employee relations and executive comms teams to ensure alignment on priority themes, speaker positioning, and award narratives. Public Relations Develop key messages and execute strategic media relations campaigns Proactively pitch stories and secure meaningful coverage in target outlets, positioning Publicis Sapient as a leader in digital business transformation and AI/GenAI Support in driving press coverage for special projects Support the broader PR team on ad hoc needs, including reporting, research, and event preparation. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience 3 - 6 years of experience in PR, marketing communications, executive visibility, or events - preferably within a professional services, consultancy, or tech environment. Demonstrated experience managing speaker programs and/or award submissions. Strong project management and organisational skills with an ability to juggle multiple complex workflows and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global organization with multiple stakeholders. Set Yourself Apart With Familiarity with global conference and media event ecosystems (e.g., Web Summit, Cannes Lions, World Economic Forum, Fortune Global Forum, SXSW, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt). Experience positioning senior executives and crafting thought leadership content. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures. Additional information Pay Range: $115,000-$135,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
