As part of the regional Communications team, the PR & Campaigning Lead develops and delivers 360-degree PR strategies, multi-stakeholder campaigns, and high-impact storytelling that elevate structural heart disease (SHD), reinforce the company’s leadership in transforming SHD care and build brand reputation in priority markets. This person drives alignment across Marketing, Public Affairs, and country leadership teams to ensure consistent, business-relevant communication. **How you’ll make an impact:** + Develop and implement regional PR and campaigning programs that raise visibility and support business priorities. + Develop clear, resonant messaging for various audiences. + Partner with Public Affairs, Marketing, and country leadership teams to deliver cohesive multi‑stakeholder communication across key markets. + Lead 360° multi‑country campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring consistent messaging. + Prepare high‑quality media materials, including press releases, media backgrounders and briefings. + Manage proactive media outreach in priority markets. + Build strong relationships with journalists and key media outlets, identifying opportunities for executive visibility through interviews, speaking engagements, and thought‑leadership platforms. + Engage with stakeholders and partners to support campaign reach and impact. + Monitor media and campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations. + Support coordinated communication during sensitive or high‑visibility situations, contributing to issues and crisis response efforts. **What you'll need (Required):** + 8-10 years of experience in public relations, ideally combining PR agency and in‑house or healthcare experience. + Proven experience developing and delivering multi‑stakeholder or multi‑country campaigns. + Strong strategic thinking skills paired with excellent writing and storytelling capabilities. + Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly to diverse audiences. + Hands‑on, proactive working style with the ability to lead projects independently. + Fluency in English; French or German is an advantage. **What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in the Czech Republic?** As a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations, we offer rewarding opportunities and exciting challenges in a truly international, dynamic and friendly work environment.
