Préposé(e), Service à la Clientèle – JLL

En quoi consiste ce poste :

À titre de Préposé(e), Service à la Clientèle, vous serez le point de contact principal pour les visiteurs et les détaillants des Galeries d'Anjou. Vous répondrez aux demandes de renseignements, fournirez des informations sur les détaillants, les services offerts et les politiques du centre commercial, tout en créant des interactions mémorables qui rehaussent l'expérience client. Ce rôle contribue directement aux objectifs commerciaux de JLL en assurant un service exceptionnel et en renforçant la réputation du centre comme destination de choix.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

Maintenir une connaissance approfondie de tous les services, commodités, installations, magasins, emplacements, activités promotionnelles et outils de confort du centre commercial

Interagir avec les consommateurs et les détaillants avec courtoisie et efficacité, en cherchant proactivement des occasions de créer des interactions mémorables

Vendre des cartes-cadeaux du centre commercial et établir la balance entre les ventes et les transactions

Aider les consommateurs en leur donnant des indications, des renseignements et en répondant à leurs questions par téléphone et en personne

Se tenir au courant des articles, services, prix de vente, soldes et événements spéciaux pour formuler des suggestions cadeaux personnalisées

Assister à la réalisation des événements promotionnels, notamment la distribution, compilation et triage des bulletins de participation, les GWP et les ventes de billets

Connaître le manuel de gestion des situations d'urgence du centre et comprendre clairement le rôle du Service à la clientèle

Qualifications requises :

Diplôme d'études secondaires

Expérience en vente (gestion de transactions et tenue de caisse)

Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l'écrit et à l'oral*

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement où le rythme de travail est rapide et à mener plusieurs tâches de front

Bonnes aptitudes de communication orale et écrite

Souplesse d'horaire et disponibilité pour travailler les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés sur l'intégralité des heures d'ouverture du centre

Aptitudes informatiques (Excel, Chrome)

Qualifications préférées :

Expérience préalable du service à la clientèle

Capacité à gérer et à résoudre des conflits

Multilinguisme (au-delà du français et de l'anglais)

Expérience en gestion d'équipe

Attitude positive et motivation à fournir un excellent service client

Guest Services Representative – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Guest Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and retailers at Galeries d'Anjou. You will respond to requests for information, provide details about retailers, services offered, and shopping centre policies, while creating memorable interactions that enhance the customer experience. This role directly contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring exceptional service and reinforcing the centre's reputation as a premier destination.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre's services, amenities, facilities, stores, locations, promotional activities, and comfort tools

Interact with shoppers and retailers in a courteous and efficient manner, proactively seeking opportunities to create memorable customer interactions

Sell shopping centre gift cards and balance sales to transactions

Assist guests by providing directions, information, and answering questions over the telephone and in person

Maintain store knowledge about merchandise, price points, sales, and special events to offer personalized gift or store suggestions based on shoppers' needs

Assist with promotional events including ballot distribution, collection, sorting, GWP's, and special event ticket sales

Be aware of the centre's Crisis Management Manual and maintain a clear understanding of Guest Services role and areas of responsibility as outlined in the plan

Required Qualifications:

High school education

Previous cash/POS experience

Strong bilingual (French/English) written and oral communication skills*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Strong written and oral communication skills

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays across the full operating hours of the centre

Computer skills (Excel, Chrome)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience

Conflict resolution and management skills

Multilingual skills (beyond French and English)

Team management experience

Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service

*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
