Salary: $2400 / Week Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California Community Schools Program Location: Various school sites across Los Banos, California Reports To: Program Director or Designee Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: August 2025 Position Overview: The California Community Schools Program is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services to students and families. This role is integral to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment that promotes student well-being and academic success. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the primary provider of mental health services at assigned school sites. + Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses (if qualified), and develop individualized treatment plans. + Deliver direct services including individual, group, and family counseling. + Participate in school and district crisis response teams. + Collaborate with families, school staff, and community agencies to coordinate care. + Support systems for identifying students in need of mental health interventions. + Monitor at-risk students and ensure follow-through on referrals. + Provide Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and mindfulness training. + Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and billing standards. + Advocate for students in IEP meetings and other educational planning sessions. + Offer parenting support and connect families to community resources. + Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
