As PPM Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily maintenance operations of a large-scale hotel property with approximately 500 guest rooms and 10 food & beverage outlets. This role ensures all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations and brand standards. **Qualifications:** This position is only for Indonesian. 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxurious resort. 2. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS systems. 3. Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. 4. Skilled in managing renovation and capital projects with focus on safety, quality, and budget control. 5.
