As part of the Production Department, being responsible to operate the PP Filler
plant and adhering to all the Standards, Policy & Procedures set by the
organization.
Key Deliverables:
Ensure that the correct machine setting is set after the program is received from the Supervisor Verify check list before each start up and inform any abnormality to supervisor. Able to identify different raw materials from labels/ tags. Charge raw materials to silo. You will be responsible for checking the quality of the filler. Ensure exact mixture of raw materials for the filler. You will be responsible for twisting and the packaging of the final material. Ensure that the final material reaches the store and is placed at the right location. Coordinate the labor handling of the twisting machine. Maintain cleanliness of machines and house.Job Profile:
Skills/Knowledge:
Operational Knowledge of Extruders is a must. Work experience on BUSS/ MTI/ W&P machines preferredhigh-speed PVC PIPE Extruders. Proficiency in English language Should be computer literate.Qualifications:
Secondary EducationExperience:
3+ years’ experience in similar role.
