PP&E Reporting Manager

The PP&E Reporting Manager will be responsible for:
Fixed asset account management and month-end closing responsibilities, including review of fixed asset roll-forward, journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis Assisting in the compilation and analysis of accounting and finance information to produce financial statements, including notes and reports both internally and externally to Stellantis Approving lease classification determination and project spending classification (capital vs. expense) Ensuring proper asset class is utilized in project approvals Building and maintaining working relationships with operating departments and serving as a reference point for issue resolution Working with Technical Accounting to provide guidance related to new pronouncements or changes Establishing and maintaining internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Developing and implementing accounting practices and procedures Completing financial and compliance requirements for external auditors and tax Driving continuous improvement and process initiatives throughout area of responsibility Leading, training, and directing staff, including performance appraisals, training and development plansBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. If not Bachelor's Degree in the aforementioned, must have a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting CPA required 8 + years of experience in accounting or financial analysis Prior experience with PP&E accounting and reporting Previous Management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
