Job Description

You will:

Track, triage, and address VBD bugs and feedbackEngage with the technical community to understand Technical and Delivery requirementsFix content/lab issues and maintain scripts and VMs in LODMaintain content quality and standardsMaintain accessibility standardsCoordinate localization of contentMaintain delivery guides associated to labsPartner with TPM on creation and maintenance of Readiness by workloadsMaintain associated slide decks and work with IP Owners for sign off on changes/updatesWork with TPM to ensure updates are implemented in the toolsEnsure product deprecations are managed and flagged to IP leadsStandardize process and tracking for all labs

What You need to have is:

Strong Development background – codingScripting ability with PowerShellProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly by asking the right questions.Deep understanding of one of the areas: Security, Azure or AI, M365Experience with LabsExperience with Copilot or another AI
