Purpose

The purpose of this role is to assist with technical advisory for Power Platform products, support change promotion processes based on Azure DevOps Pipelines, collaborate with teams of managers, specialists, and technology analysts, prepare IT operation reports, manage on-prem infrastructure servers, and maintain the optimal configuration of platforms to ensure compliance with BNS global security policies.

 

Accountabilities Assist with technical advisory for initiatives that use one of the Power Platform products, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. Support change promotion processes based on Azure DevOps Pipelines to promote new changes on Power Platforms applications. Collaborate with teams of managers, specialists, and technology analysts, providing support and assistance within the guidelines and organization expectations. Prepare IT Operation reports, maintaining communication and stakeholders’ expectations aligned with team objectives. Manage on-prem infrastructure servers that are part of managed technologies by GTEP Enterprise Platform for Power Platform operations. Maintain the optimal configuration of platforms, ensuring compliance with BNS global security policies, recording these changes in internal control repositories. Scope of Responsibility: Supports the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) under the guidance of senior team members. Collaboration: Works closely with infrastructure analysts, developers, and business users to assist in delivering low-code/no-code solutions that align with enterprise standards. Technical Contribution: Executes routine platform tasks such as environment provisioning, connector setup, and basic troubleshooting. Escalates complex issues to senior staff. Learning & Development: Expected to actively participate in training and mentorship programs to build foundational knowledge in Power Platform administration and enterprise infrastructure practices. Impact: Contributes to operational efficiency by supporting automation initiatives and helping reduce manual processes across business units.

 

 

 

 

 

Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role)

 

Education:

Degree or diploma in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is disarable.

 

Experience:

1-2+ years of experience in technology operations or infrastructure support roles. At least 1 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) in an enterprise environment. Exposure to scripting or development in any language (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#) is an asset. Familiarity with operating systems, database management systems (DBMS), and application servers.

Certifications:

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 are considered strong assets.

Language & Communication:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred for cross-regional collaboration. Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across analyst, manager, and director levels.

Other Information:

Strong learning mindset and willingness to grow into more senior infrastructure or platform roles over time.
