Position Summary:

Enterprise IT provides critical IT services to the entire BMS Enterprise, including Cybersecurity, Access, Networking, Hosting, Support Services, Tech Adoption, and Productivity Services. This role within the Productivity Services team focuses on optimizing end-user interactions with BMS Core Productivity Technologies, empowering users to achieve business outcomes through intelligent automation and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

As a (Manager/Specialist) in Productivity Services, you will be a part of our team of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform experts. You will contribute to the design and delivery of modern digital collaboration and automation solutions, leveraging tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will also work closely with business stakeholders and support the full lifecycle of solution development and delivery.

You will be expected to:

Digital Collaboration & Automation:

Design and implement solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Build and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating knowledge sources and business-specific actions.

Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate to create business applications, custom workflows, and process automations.

Leverage Power BI for dashboard/reporting solutions, turning data into actionable insights.

Integrate solutions with data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs.

Conduct health checks, performance optimizations, and governance reviews for collaboration environments.

Business Analysis & Solution Design:

Meet with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and pain points.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Recommend appropriate use of Copilot/AI agents or Power Platform tools for each use case.

Support solution rollout, including UAT, documentation, and end-user training.

AI & Copilot Development:

Develop and manage Copilot agents with a focus on improving employee productivity and streamlining access to enterprise knowledge.

Use tools such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Power Virtual Agents to extend AI capabilities.

Promote adoption of Copilot templates and reusable agent patterns across the organization.

Governance & Support:

Create and manage SharePoint security and permission models.

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations.

Support incident resolution, enhancements, and user education.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with IT partners, business users, and other developers to deliver solutions.

Balance independent execution with team collaboration.

Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Share best practices and contribute to a center of excellence for Power Platform and Copilot Agents.

Qualifications & Experience:

4+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform development.

3+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.

Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or Power Virtual Agents, with proven ability to build intelligent agents.

Understanding of AI concepts, natural language processing, and prompt engineering.

Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI.

Proficiency with REST/Graph API integrations.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities.

Strong documentation and governance awareness.

Prior experience working in Agile or Scrum environments preferred.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $92,000 - $105,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.

Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
