Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote

This role is contributing to the Power Platform Factory Service in Process Automation Business Area.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.Supporting development, testing, and deployment of Power Apps and Power Automate flows.Conducting user training and providing post-deployment support.Ensuring solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Qualifications for the role Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a low-code/no-code environment.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong understanding of business processes and data modeling.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOpFluent spoken and written English (Min. C1 Level)
