We are collaborating with a top-tier insurance company which is hiring a Power Platform Manager to lead their integration strategy and Power Platform initiatives at their Madrid subsidiary.

In this key role, you'll lead high-impact teams, drive cross-system connectivity using Azure Integration Services, and define a robust API and Power Platform strategy. 

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor Application Integration and Power Platform teams

Define and execute enterprise integration strategy using Azure tools

Establish API governance for secure, scalable integration

Promote adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Explore Agentic AI to enhance intelligent automation and innovation

Collaborate with business and technical teams to align on priorities

Deliver high-quality technical documentation and presentations

Champion project delivery best practices and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Strong experience with Azure Integration Services in enterprise settings

Expertise in API management and scalable integration architectures

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (or high interest to grow in it)

Curiosity about Agentic AI and future-facing technologies

Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex projects

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Ability to influence stakeholders across business and IT

Experience in multinational environments, ideally in large corporations
